Not sure how I missed this

Stumbled across this film over the weekend by Werner Hertzog that left me slack jawed. Its about a guy named Timothy Treadwell who loved Grizzly bears so much that he would go out into the wilderness to film them, approach them, and give them pet names like ‘Mr. Chocolate’.

He did this for about 13 years until one day Mr. Chocolate tore off the top of his head and then ate his girlfriend.

The film is called Grizzly Man and you can see the whole bizarre thing on Youtube starting with PART I – HERE

Uncle Demon X The Brotherhood Sound

Been a while since I tracked down dubplates for anyone, but my friends from Belize (Mike and Dion Peyrefitte) brought so much Blue Label last time they were in Kingston (all the gateman had a cup) that I had to go link Uncle Demon for them. If you’re lucky enough to be in Belize this weekend, try get to Caye Caulker — You can’t miss them. They’re the loud bastards guzzling scotch, blasting dancehall and smoking Cubans till 5 am. Good fellows indeed.
